What makes our self-defense program unique and worth while? Its tailored to YOU! We use core techniques and strategies from multiple styles that can be best adopted to a vast array of situations and your personal needs. Self-defense is far from just a palm heel to the nose and a knee to the groin. Its your coworker touching your shoulder the way they shouldn't, its a person angry you spilled their drink, and its the robber at gun point. We make sure to address all these things from a physical, verbal, and social stand point.
Physically we cover a vast array of common and thought to be common attacks. We use reported government statistics, doctoral psychological profiling reports, criminal interviews, and personal experiences to prepare you for situations from a hot headed fender bender to a full blown knife attack.
Verbally we address de-escalation techniques to avoid, defuse, an escape potentially dangerous situations before they become violent all while using physical postures to maximize safety. These are well designed verbal techniques to give you an "out" to the scenario and make it hard to the aggressor to continue arguing.
Socially we cover things to look for and strategies to use in different physical and social environments. As well as a few psychological tricks that can improve your chances of success.
