Sensei Christopher Adamchek, 4th Dan "Renshi"

 Chris has been studying karate for 24 years and has achieved the rank of 5th Dan black belt and the honorific title of "Renshi".   In the title "ren" refers to polishing and "shi" a person, translating as both a polished expert and a teacher good at polishing others.  With a passion for martial arts he has studied numerous styles, incorporating core techniques and strategies into his art.  But a life long passion of martial arts both modern and traditional aspects isn't for everyone.  Because of this he has poured endless hours into his self-defense courses that offer core techniques and strategies that can be applied to numerous scenarios.  Not only focusing on the fight but many physical and verbal strategies for avoiding conflict.
