Bully Stop

    With out a location its much harder to accommodate children vs adults but that doesn't mean we don't want to.  Karate classes are GREAT, but kids also need quick and easy tools to combat one of the biggest issues in their lives - BULLYING.  To do this we teach them how to physically, mentally, verbally, and emotionally defend themselves against bullying.  Simple self-defense moves against scenarios like pushing and bag pulling.  Educating them on psychology of bullying and its effects on everyone.  Verbal responses to escape or sidetrack the bullying scenario.  And, maybe most importantly techniques to safeguard their emotion because words can cut deep and heal slow.
